Refund Policy – Autovin Insight
At Autovin Insight, we are committed to maintaining positive relationships with our customers while ensuring transparency in our services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Policy
All VIN Reports are digital products and are non-refundable once they have been delivered. Due to the nature of our service, we cannot process refunds for reports that have already been generated and sent to the customer.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:
 The VIN report was not delivered within 24 hours of order placement (unless a delay was communicated to the customer).
The report contains incomplete or incorrect data that differs from the information available in official vehicle databases.

3. Refund Process
If your refund request meets the above criteria, please contact our support team at [[email protected]] within 48 hours of receiving the report. We will review your request and, if approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If a chargeback or PayPal dispute is filed without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to provide proof of delivery and deny the refund.
Customers attempting fraudulent chargebacks may be blacklisted from future purchases and reported to payment processors.
